Composition - Is the act of putting something together, By Design - Is with a purpose, and so the intention is to support, encourage and motivate a life that is Empowered, Faith filled, Successful and Happy. Which when I started my company back in 1997 was the ethos and remains the same although it has undergone many a transformation from an insiprational mail order company and shop to Angelic motivational workshops and now a ministry and charity. CBD has always been about empowering and inspiring the individual to step into their inherent greatness and live a life less ordinary.

Life is to be lived holistically, that is recognising how each aspect of living interacts and influences the other... Emotionally, Mentally, Socially, Professionally, Financially and Spiritually all interconnect! but somehow we've managed to seperate and compartmentalise them and treat them as seperate entities and then wonder why our lives are disjointed.
Life is not a path of coincidence, happenstance and luck, but rather an unexplainable, meticulously chartered course for one to touch the lives of others and make a difference in the world.
