Sunday

Today I let go of yesterday's ideas, and I see my life anew. I let this moment be fresh and new, unconditioned by past experiences. My possibilities are expanding by the moment.

Monday

Today I trust in divine timing. I accept that everything in my life is unfolding for my greatest good. All is well.

Tuesday

Today I choose joy. I allow joy free expression though me. Joy is within me in infinite measure. Therefore, I choose to express and experience it freely and lavishly. Everything about me and my life is worthy of this joy.

Wednesday

Today I meditate purely for the sake of communing with Spirit, my own true essence. I seek to accomplish nothing, and I am content with just being. In the stillness, my awareness expands. I am conscious. My life is transformed.

Thursday

I give as much attention to life's inner journey as the outer journey. I find meaning in each outer experience as I see opportunities for growth and knowing God in a deeper way.

Friday

Today I refrain from thinking of illness as having any spiritual reality, and I recognize the perfection of God is the life expressing through me. My health springs forth from the inherent truth of perfection and wholeness at the centre of me.

I HAD TO SEEK THE PHYSICIAN - Kabir

I had to seek the physician –

because of the pain of this world caused me.

I could not believe what happened when I got there –

I found my Teacher.

Before I left, he said, “Up for a little homework, yet?”

“Okay” I replied.
