I am proud to have finally graduated from One Spirit interfaith seminary New York as an ordained interfaith/interspiritual minister. I am licensed to marry in the United States subject to each States rules. In England it is the venue that is licensed to marry and not the person. Many couples choose to do the legal part which takes place in the registry office and then follow with a blessing in a church. I have done blessings in Spain in the open air, in a private chapel in the South France and a private garden in Hampton Court. Any where the couple would like to have their blessing, if it's legally possible then it can be done.
As an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister I embrace all faiths and religions and acknowledge they all contain truth. Now adays people relate to something more Spiritual and eclectic than traditional religion offers and perhaps do not wish to get married in a church whose beliefs and doctrines they may not agree with, but would like something to reflect what they belive and live by.
Ceremonies and Celebrations need not be limited just to the usual conventional ones but to anything that you wish to celebrate and acknowledge, a ceremony can be created and written to reflect that.
